Excellent shop for walking clothes and accessories, very knowledgeable members of staff who are happy to help and give you their expert opinions.we have bought a few jackets and walking trousers great quality.The layout in the shop is so easy to find what you are looking for and dog friendly which is great for dog lovers.Highly recommend and will becontinuing to purchase from them when I?m in Ambleside.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a pair of trousers I bought (a press stud fastener popped off so I couldn?t do them up). Rang up and explained the situation. Staff were very helpful, communication was clear and a replacement arrived the day after they received mine back. Super quick!

Unfortunately, shop was non-responsive on emails and via their websites contact form. Despite several attempts, I was unable to contact them and arrange a simple return of 2 x t-shirts. I will not use again. Will now pursue a refund through PayPal instead.Please avoid if you have a possibility that you wish to return anything.
