Good range of clothing and accessories. Purchased a pair of gloves and was served by a lovely lady who asked if I was a National Trust member as I?d get discount if I was. I had no idea they offered this and would?ve just paid full price had she not prompted. Great service from the staff and would return again.

Terrible customer service. Popped into Cotswold to see if they had a jacket in my size. The guy at the desk told me where it should be but didn't bother to check if I'd found it & when I went back to look for him because it wasn't there he had vanished. No other staff were visible. I waited a few minutes then gave up & bought the jacket from Cunninghams instead.

A nice place to pop into, good selection of brand shops, plants etc.If the restaurant was better (miserable staff, one server had greasy long hair and no hairnet / hat.) it would have got 5 stars.
