Just superb, bought a fantastic cow hide, a wonderful reindeer rug and simply the most beautiful four fleece shearling herdwick rug.All fabulous quality and all stunning.Those of you moaning about inconsistent sizes in slipper stitching should really ?$¥# off to tkmaxx as this guy deserves better. Drive to the lakes, have coffee, buy some stuff and have lunch by the lake or better still stay the night!We had a great experience at this shop and at the wood burning centre next door .Could not be better. Just remember it is a natural product!

I ordered a pair of gloves on line and they arrived promptly. An exchange for a larger size was arranged by phone with no problem and the replacements are excellent.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering gloves online. They arrived promptly but one hand was bigger than the other. I rang and spoke to Rick who sounded doubtful of my claim but he asked me to return them which I did on 30th January 2015 together with a letter referring to our conversation. I waited two weeks but received nothing. I tried phoning several times but the phone was never answered. I emailed but no response there either. I phoned again on Friday 20th February and finally spoke to Rick and asked him if he had received the gloves I returned. He couldn't tell me but said he would ring me back in an hour. Needless to say I have heard nothing further from him - Trading Standards will be my next call!!

Had the pleasure of buying a very reasonably priced Grade A Reindeer skin from this friendly and helpful shop. The Owner couldn't have been more helpful with advice on the right one for the space I had in mind for it and his advice on how to care for the skin has helped to keep it looking brilliant.

I too wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. I bought a pair of sheepskin boots but they were too small even though I bought one size up, so I returned the items after asking Rick how to go about getting a refund/returns. This was two months ago. I have since no reply to my emails and the phone is never answered. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems you will not get your money back if you return your items.

I ordered sheepskin slippers on 4th Feb 2014 and I still haven't received them on 20th Feb. I have sent emails but received no reply and they are not answering the phone. I will keep you informed.25th Feb. Still haven't received my slippers or notification that my order has been cancelled and they took the money out of my account on 4th Feb after stating on the website that the money would not be taken out until the goods were dispatched. I have sent numerous emails which have not been responded to. Never buy anything off this company!! I have now asked my credit card company to investigate.I finally reached them by phone and they apologised and refunded my money straight away.

Really poor customer service. Ordered some slippers 6 weeks ago, still not arrived. Spoke to them 4 times on the phone and was assured they would be sent. Now I can't even get through on phone\email. Have contacted my bank for a chargeback. Worse customer service ever, avoid.

Terrible company to deal with - they have not answered their phone ( I have tried numerous times) and they have not answered my email. purchased slippers - poor quality and no returns label in package therefore I have no way of returning the item as I can't get contact with them!

Just a quick note to say, thanks for such efficient service. My slippers arrived on Thursday ? just in time for me to take away with me. I was rather concerned as the Shepherd slippers I purchased a couple of years ago ? were not a pretty sight! Thanks and regards Linda

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered some sheepskin slippers which arrived promptly (without delivery note or returns form) but were not the ones ordered and were a very poor fit. The slippers were sent back to the shop with a note requesting a refund. When we eventually get through to the owner on the telephone to ask about our refund he is abrupt and rude, making out that he is extremely busy and we are wasting his time.PS Reading one of the other negative reviews it sounds like the employee which was sacked has got his job back!

Bought a pair of slippers in December; they fell apart by the end of February. Notified the company of this by email and received two emails back - at first we thought they were a joke, claiming that we should not expect the slippers to be fit for purpose!!After reading the other reviews we realised the problem was with atrocious customer service and clearly very poor products.Please be very careful when ordering anything from this company, they do not respect their customers and they have no faith in their products.Very poor all round.

Awful company, avoid buying anything from them at all. I am just about to report them to trading standards which I hope will also provide a good result for the other customers who have been treated badly too.I have had the same response from them, I sent my slippers back over a month ago and have had no response and of course no refund. No one answers the phone, no one replies to emails. I am appalled that people like this exist and disgusted that they are still allowed to trade.Fingers crossed that their trading license is taken away from them, or that they become better people.
