Came with my family, family of 6, for the first time. We all ordered their 'American style milkshakes with milk and ice-cream' .. When ordering we ordered a peanut butter milkshake for then them to say that they don't do peanut butter milkshakes due to a member of staff that has an air born allergy to peanut butter, why is it on their menu?! Then we received our milkshakes and no ice-cream in sight with what the description said! More like a quick nesquik milkshake which we could of done better at home! Definitely not worth the £4.95 each of a milkshake! Very disappointed and not worth the hype!!

The views are amazing, the atmosphere perfect. Food was great, good value, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, even though it was incredibly busy. Loved it. Trying to think of a negative but I can't.... Thank you!

Waited nearly an hour, as did many people. Been here a few times being locals and generally disappointed with the wait and service.
I mentioned this and I was greeted by a very defensive manager who told us that they were short staffed and that the area manager doesn?t listen to her complaints. What she could have done was to offer us free drinks or dessert rather than an excuse.
It?s a real shame, because the location of course is incredible, but the place is run by adolescents.

Absolutely shocking service. Was not busy at all.
After getting our order wrong and saying it was wrong the guy on the till and the manager continued to argue that is was us.
I feel the use of customer service skills would go a long way.
Came a second time and it was like pulling teeth with how slow the service was.
Lovely locations but some staff need some training.

Staff are really helpful. Needed gluten free options and this caters for that with loads of choice.

Great burgers and milkshakes, fantastic window seat overlooking the beach, definitely recommend the 'crack pie'. It wasn't too sickly sweet which I liked, and the clotted cream was the perfect topping.

Service was terrible here. My drink spilt all over the table after a menu flew and hit it knocking it over after not even having a sip. I politely asked if I could have another one as it was only a small milkshake to which the waiter asked management who declined and said no. I was really shocked at this considering I had only just paid for it and the waiter could see it had only just happened and not to any fault of my own doing but purely as it was a windy day and menus were left on the table. The worst part is I asked if he could at least bring some tissues over so I could clean up my things/ the table to which he did not, nor did he wipe the table there and then where the milkshake had spilt. I was quite surprised at the ordeal as I have been coming to the hubbox for a long time as a local with multiple friends and family working there over the years and the service has always been good and friendly. It?s changed, and not for the better. Look after your locals , they will be the ones keeping you in business during the winter months when the campsite is closed!
