Went in there today to buy a laser level, one guy told me they didn?t sell them + sent me to hire shop. Guy in hire shop told me TP did sell them. Went back + asked again totally unhelpful, told me I should have looked online at home to decide which one I want before coming to the shop. Left without buying anything!

Had a TP driver deliver to us today, during lockdown 3.0. We live in a VERY narrow Cornish lane and after guiding the guy and his huge truck to somewhere safe to park for 5 mins, 80m or so from our cottage, instead of just dumping the pallet of sand and bricks roadside for us to barrow up the track, he instead helped us carry every single item to our driveway. Top ?small town? personal service from a big, leading builders merchant. Well done TP Wadebridge!

Rubbish with Bone idle l lazy staff who are too lazy to walk outside and help you price up materials, obviously allowed to do deck all all day and are not watched over by management, surprised the place makes any money, no wonder itâ??s so expensive, maybe if the staff made more effort to actually do some work the place might sell more and be able to reduce its prices
