What a terrific Estate Agent! They sold my mother's flat for us and did so with huge professionalism, incredible eye for detail and with the very best communication skills. Nothing was too much trouble. Laura in their Office was brilliant, ably assisted by Mark & Dan. They know the local market thoroughly and, whether you're buying or selling in and around Wadebridge, I recommend this Estate Agent to you strongly! I went to see Danny Lyden, as a mortgage broker, at Millers in Wadebridge. He has been superb throughout the process and put me at ease straight away. He even phoned with updates on a Saturday and to congratulate me on my purchase. He has been a total pleasure. I have also had very positive help from Amy in the office. She has gone above and beyond in helping me find a house. She has also leant a sympathetic ear when needed. I have had nothing but positive experiences from Millers in Wadebridge, so thank you.

We needed to sell our late father's second home on the outskirts of Wadebridge. Miller Countrywide helped us with a fair probate valuation and so we instructed them to sell the property. The particulars were attractively presently (especially the photography).Several potential buyers were found. We accepted an offer but planning and structural issues arose and Millers gave us supportive advice to help land the transaction successfully.
