If you need help and advice before buying, you want to see it feel it then Woolacotts every time.Today we met Corrina, to say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Lifted things measured things for us. Told us about the item explained differences between appliances. She couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou Corrina and thankyou Woolacotts.

V good and knowledgeable service. You can see items before you buy, or sometimes have a demo. UPDATE DECEMBER 2022 Jamie is v clever with audio and I suspect TV - my next TV will most probably be bought via him in a winter sale. Yesterday, I bought a speaker to plug into my CD player. I was given a demo before buying, and had a good evening's entertainment the same day!

Just a fantastic place to shop and they are service agents. We recently had a minor fault with our Miele dishwasher and the service from them is top knotch. If you have a need for help with an appliance try hbh woolacotts first, they are leaps and bounds better than the guys in Poole. Thanks for wonderful service.

The hifi side of this store has a listening room upstairs with good equipment on display. I was in the market for a new turntable and found Dan, the assistant manager exceptionally helpful and patient. The staff I met on entering the store were charming and my whole experience of being a customer there was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
