They've just got it all right and and this is how shops should be run. I've been several times over the years and without fail the staff are always so welcoming, engaged and helpful. Great products and pricing (especially in this store) and I always seem to have a good chat with whoever is serving, and leave as if I've just made a new friend.On the last visit I left a waterproof jacket of mine in the shop (not a finisterre product) and they kindly got in touch happily offered to send it back to me for free. It's touches like this that help create brand locality!

This review isn't about this shop, I'm sorry can't find an address to use. By all means use the shop I'm sure it is excellent ? The company mail order I wouldn't use I've been waiting for two weeks for an item that was supposed to be delivered in three days.On a positive my son has loads of great products from finisterre I just wouldn't order them mail order and use this fine shop to pick up directly.Jerry

They don't carry New lines in store... Saw some of the new season clothing on line, a couple of weeks ago, now holidaying in Cornwall, thought I'd pop in. Was told that none of the store's carried the new lines.... Other wise great.

Absolutely love this shop. Stumbled across the brand visiting Cornwall approx 10 years ago, then later on the same trip happened to stumble across the Hawksfield outlet? and who doesn?t love an outlet??! Since then we?ve been back to Cornwall 4 times and each time we make a habit of visiting this shop. We?ve never been disappointed. Staff are always lovely and helpful and there?s always plenty to choose from (and not once have we found the store locked up on arrival).My wife and I have been in to this shop again today to stock up again before we travel back up north tomorrow. Once again a great and successful visit, staff lovely as usual, great new store, and most importantly loads of bargains to choose from!Also make sure to get a coffee from Strong Afolfos next door before you leave. Absolutely amazing!

Love the brand, store was smaller than I expected. I was hugely disappointed with the staff. We arrived at 1010 on Saturday expecting it to be open. Shutter was half up and door was open, shouted hello, and asked why shop wasn?t open. Staff appeared laughing, and bluntly said they weren?t open yet, despite several people waiting outside they left us for a further 15 mins with no apology or explanation.

Fantastic brand. Cornish and B Corp - what's not to love! Also the shop teams handled the safety of staff and customers extremely well and professionally during Covid19.

Love the store and @CraigDay I am delighted that they are keeping us safe as best they can under the current guidelines. I felt the approach was very laid back but also very clear. I am sorry if you have medical issues but, as with my own problems, we all have to accept we might not be able to do absolutely everything/go absolutely everywhere that we want at the moment.

Been to this shop on many occasions.Wouldn't let me in without a face mask even after explaining exemption, that's understandable, however they are also only allowing 4 people in at a time....no need to operate both restrictions!

Outlet shop it?s ok proffered it when it was in Falmouth not much stock. Good to pop in when passing.
