Great products and pricing (especially in this store) and I always seem to have a good chat with whoever is serving, and leave as if I've just made a new friend.On the last visit I left a waterproof jacket of mine in the shop (not a finisterre product) and they kindly got in touch happily offered to send it back to me for free. It's touches like this that help create brand locality!”

“During our family vacation in Cornwall we walked into the Polzeath branch of Ocean Blue Clothing. High quality clothing for very reasonable prices and a nice spacious shop to browse to your hearts content. A bracelet caught my eye, but decided to come back another day for it. Unfortunately our holiday got cut short and we left Cornwall without the bracelet. I had contacted the shop via their website enquiring about the bracelet and got a lovely email back with pictures of their stock and the invitation to call. I spoke a lovely lady named Jess who was happy to help, she posted the bracelet to arrive the following day. I am a big fan of the can-do attitude and my bracelet is even more pretty than I remembered it. Thanks again Jess!”
