Excellent service. My husband wanted to buy me a ring for our 10 year anniversary. Great selection of second hand rings. Unfortunately none fitted me. We were offered an adjustment service to enlarge a ring I particularly likes. It was done in 40 minutes and was a very professional finish. The ring is stunning. The lady was very patient and informative offering many options and helping with my final decision. Very plesant experience.Thank you.

Visited Barry earlier this month as I had a issue with one of my pieces of jewellery, he was so helpful and sorted the issue then and there and although I offered to pay he very kindly did it free of charge. Wonderful customer service.

On recommendation from a friend .I took a sentimental watch which wasn't working into the shop.They said leave it with us . Next day they phoned and gave me a price to repair it , I agreed and a few days later, it was ready and the price was alot cheaper than they quoted, i collected the watch..Brilliant service and honesty with the cost !! I would highly recommend 100% without a doubt ..

I go here for customized jewellery. Excellent workmanship. Very good price. Long wait tho..8 weeks Perhaps covid related. I lost my first custom made pendant (plain wedding band and crucifix) .. They made that.. So i had a 2nd one made (eternity ring and broken ring & earrings). I provided the gold from broken or unused bits, and the outer rings on both were originals but cleaned up. The linking rings were made by them too.

Barry has made a fabulous job remodelling my engagement ring by adding two diamonds from a ring left to me by my auntie. Also thrilled with my re-plated wedding ring, so nice and shiny. I would absolutely recommend Barry and prices also very reasonable.

Visited this shop with my wife today to buy a £2500 ring we had seen in the window. We stood inside for about 2 minutes approximately 2 to 3 m away from a man at a desk and a woman sitting next to him. He did not look at us once or acknowledge us while the woman looked at us twice blankly without saying anything So we just left the shop to purchase a ring elsewhere. What incredibly poor arrogant service probably because I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Went in to ask if resized rings ,they did it there and then and polished it too.When we asked cost we were told to just put something in the collection box.Couldn?t have asked for better. Thank you
