Looked like i had a slow puncture. Staff checked the tire inside and out. Could not find a leak, so replaced the valve, refilled with nitrogen and sent me on my way, no charge. Super customer service.

Top service again from the team at ATS Wadebridge sorting out the wife's JCW today. 4 New Tyres, whipped on in no time at all, all Nitrogen filled. Very professional team, and always a joy to deal with. See you a couple of weeks for my car to be done.

Fitted my tyre fine but charged me over £100 than Blackcircles would have done to get it fitted at the same place.Then told me my brake fluid needed replacing (didn't even ask for this to be checked and I had a service a few days before) Went back to my normal garage (who aren't a chain) and they showed me it wasn't true and that ATS were just looking to upsell me again.Pretty sure they saw a single, young woman coming and assumed i know nothing of cars and wanted to take advantage.

Absolutely terrible service we spent a lot of money with these people and they have completely ruined our car they tightened the wheel nuts way to tight and now our car is a complete write off, I would completely avoid these people at all costs go to Billy?s half the price and nicer people

First rate service, albeit a slight delay as the previous car had a cat stuck between the front bumper and radiator which took some removing.

Called in after discovering a flat tyre.I was helped by a lovely chap who very kindly re inflated the rear tyres but very apologetic that he couldn't fit me in that day.

I would highly recommend ATS Wadebridge.They managed to fit us in last minute for a new tyre as we had damaged ours in a large rock.We weren't able to find the locking wheel nut and had a 7 hour journey ahead to go home after our holiday in Cornwall. They weren?t able to remove the tyres without it ????? The mechanic kindly checked all the tyres and thank goodness found one of them had a slow puncture with a nail in it.He gave us advice and pumped all the tyres up so they were safe and told us to take it easy on the journey and keep checking them.After a stressful 8 hours drive we made it home without any issues and finally found the locking nut wedged under the seat!All now fixed.Thank you so much for your help.
