Thank you very much to the manager in Polzeath who has helped on two occassions with my daughters wetsuit and surfboard. Excellent advice (talked us through all of the board types), friendly advice (I know nothing about surfing ) and no pressure to buy at all (we went away to think about it and that was fine). Great customer service. We?ve bought wetsuits and other surf gear from Anne?s cottage over the years and have been massively impressed by the knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff, particularly Chris who is a walking surfing encyclopaedia. Would definitely recommend.

Ann?s cottage has a dedicated wetsuit building at the back and the staff there were incredible... I?ve had wetsuits for surfing/sailing since a kid, but hadn?t bought a summer one for a very long time and they knew everything about each one they carried and were happy with me changing my mind about sizing/returning twice (due to closed covid changing rooms), to get the perfect fit. I could not have got this if I?d bought online from a wholesalers. Great service, highly recommend going there for a new wetsuit.

The staff (Ben and another guy who's name I didn't get) were extremely helpful and really knew their stuff. The shop had a great selection and they were happy to recommend other places for anything they didn't have in stock. Highly recommended!

If you want to have the piss taken out of you then shop here. If you want good customer services then go somewhere else. Words do not describe how bad the staff are here. I would give Zero stars if I could.
