We bought a tent (Outwell Norwood) from Three Zero three weeks ago and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when deciding what tent to buy. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the tent (no fault of the shop) when we put it up. The staff were extremely helpful over the phone and really helped us...

Couldn't have been more helpful when a tent pole snapped at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. In no time at all the chap.behind the counter had measured the diameter of the part needed, cut a section and sanded it ready for me to use. I'll be back to buy more from these guys as they're an absolute gem!
