Absolutely awful.
No staff around, all of the items on the shelves in the wrong places with the wrong prices. Finally found what I was after which required somebody to go to a store room to collect it? I waited 10 to find they didn?t have the product? this is all while there was ZERO staff on the shop floor.
I shall not be returning to this store.

So apart from favourite magazines now gone from display, inability to place an order twice for it, no Xmas decorations whatsoever, staff too busy to count gum packs... Very sad state of affairs. Started a day that should have felt festive. Sad to say that many other shops and banks followed suit. If you want the high street to survive make an effort. Independents do it. You can too. I left deflated and after making the effort 5 times to get what I wanted without any, is there any wonder we start shopping online??

In Truro was depressing. Empty but went to use the post office. Which was depressing scruffy and 1 person on the till with about 10 people in the queue.

I had forgotten my bank card but only realised when I went to pay, so the women said she will put the items away however 2 minutes later she found me in the store and had paid for the items herself, an amazing random act of kindness thank you!

I quite often go in W.H.Smiths to buy magazines, and the Post Office is in the back, so very convenient if you're buying a birthday card for someone.
