A beautifully relaxed, incredibly well stocked bookstore with a wide selection of games, jigsaws, collectables and stationary , topped off with a superb coffee shop upstairs and plenty of friendly knowledgeable staff. Even if I don't buy anything (a rarity) I often pop in just to soak up the atmosphere

Always love popping into Waterstones and usually leave with a book for me or a gift or card for someone else! I especially love spotting local authors on the shelves! Like Roz Watkins and her wonderful book, The Red House.

1 year on and this waterstones is still amazing!
Very clean, very well organised and full of caring staff. Each member was attentive towards my needs as well as focused on what I needed. Even going as far as to explain that I could order a book to the store and the delivery charges.
