And got the best deal available and traded in my old phone aswell

Very hurried after looking into an upgrade online went into store and was told about all extras but staff look not really bothered to really help so went elsewhere were staff were much more helpful.

George helped me replace my phone. I lost it in St Ives, so had to get a new one. He was friendly and helpful. But, the very big but: got back to Dawlish yesterday to find no calls or texts on my new phone. Seriously not impressed. I will have to now go to Newton Abbot on Thursday after work to sort it out. And yes I, have attempted to activate my new SIM via TOBI etc, but no joy.

First it was Chris who was excellent and two weeks later, Oli solved an issue which had been ongoing for a month! My family and I are so grateful as it had been causing a lot of stress and I wasn't getting anywhere with the customer service from o2 or Vodafone on the phone. Every member of staff we spoke to in store at Truro were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to you all for taking the time to listen and understand the situation. Oli, we think you're fabulous!

Needed help with 3 different things on my phone. The manager of the Truro branch(Cornwall,UK) persisted with my phone until he was able to sort out all 3 problems. His customer service is excellent.
