Attended a a lay DIY person today and was greeted and served by Sophie and her male colleague. An absolute pleasure to be served by such cheerful, friendly and helpful staff makes such a difference, when you don't really know what you need. Not being felt to fell like a person who isn't meant to be there, because they are 'In the trade' made me purchase more and feel like a valued customer. The staff were a credit to the company by the way they didn't make me feel like an unknowledgable fool. Thank You.
