We got some good bargains, but the customer service was awful. I think her name was Sophie, she answered the phone in the middle of serving us on the tills and was rude to her colleague when he asked for help. Some training needs to be done on how to talk to and treat your customers, this isn?t the first time I?ve had a problem with rudeness in this store and I?m not usually one to say anything. Although the lady stocking the shelves and manning the fitting room was lovely!

I went shopping and was disappointed when I got home to find out that 2 clothing items still had tags on them. I had to return to have tags removed. I explained what had happened, gave them the receipt and told them I live far from Truro. No apology whatsoever offered. After I bought more staff, I realised when I got home that 1 item was missing! I'm very disappointed, as I can't afford to drive 50 miles for this again plus pay parking again!

I had a great experience at TKMAXX thanks to Caron! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to assist me. Whether it was finding the right size or offering advice on products, Caron was knowledgeable and patient throughout. Her warm attitude made my shopping trip much more enjoyable. It?s always a pleasure to be helped by someone who clearly cares about their work and customers. Thank you, Caron!

I visited this store yesterday and would like to bring to attention the absolutely appalling personal hygiene of one of the staff members who was behind the tills! It is so important to be presentable and welcoming in customer service and this staff member is certainly not exuding this.
Aside from that, I had quite a nice experience browsing.

Me and my friends went to this store and all together spent a lot of money and upon buying are things the customer service was nonexistent being accused of changing the tags to get a lower price having staff follow us around due to suspicion of stealing I?m very disappointed with how poorly we where treated as I have been to many tkmaxx and stores like it and have never been treated so poorly

Absolutely horrible experience!! After picking up 2 items with my two friends whom were also purchasing items, we left. We returned 30 minutes later so my friend could buy some shoes she was unsure of buying, while she was in the cashier line she overhead Phil, the cashier going on his earpiece to tell other staff to check the area we were in because we looked like we were stealing. I felt disgusted at the fact he assumed we were stealing because I was giggling at a funny item, following this, he was extremely rude to all of us as we were leaving the store. Thank you Phil for writing your name on my receipt because you wanted me to praise your service on a silly questionnaire. I will not be returning to this store again. Ps half the products are overpriced or broken, not worth my time

Great choices and prices. The aisles should be wider. They have trolleys but the small aisles block anyone passing someone with a trolley.

Typical TK Maxx, full of all sorts, staff are good natured and helpful, i check this store for household items usually, but there is lots of clothes, i think its a good shop to look in for things that would normally be very expensive at a reduced rate.

Good products, but the staff need to learn some basic customer service skills. If it?s approaching 6pm they practically shoo you out with their brooms. They clearly cannot wait to get home.
