I went in the Three shop on the off chance they could help. I needed a data sim but wasn?t really sure what would be best. Matt was more than happy to help. He took time to explain all the plans and options and offered great advice on what I could do. I ended up taking out a 12 month contract for an unlimited data sim as the price was so competitive. Awful company, not helpful. I have had to raise two complaints with the communications ombudsman to exit contracts (one of which is still ongoing). After 4 months they finally released me from a phone contract and 11 months later and 3 months after my 4g broadband contract expired I'm still being charged - which I refuse to pay and it's affecting my credit rating.

Worst company ever! My account has been hacked and I can?t even get hold of anyone to talk too. They are charging me £40 for something I don?t even use and you can?t leave them when you try too. They say they have cancelled your contract and then you get a bill from them every month still. The staff can?t do anything and say you have to call up. STAY AWAY!!!!
