My family and I had lunch at your restaurant today and I just wanted to say thank you. The food was excellent really well done. Having worked in the industry for more than two decades in independent restaurants, I truly appreciated the quality of the food.
The service was also fantastic. They were very attentive and looked after us really well.

There are no words for how amazing the food is. I have never tasted anything by quite like this. I never want to get the taste out of my mouth. The presentation is so incredible. If I could I would kiss the chef whoever they are! DONT WALK RUN TO THIS PLACE. The crispy chilli beef and the ribs are on a different level. I will remember this day for the rest of my life. Thank you! The chef deserves so much credit. Staff are lovely and friendly too.

Every time I visit Cornwall, I make sure to come back to The Tomas Daniell in Truro ? it?s become a tradition! The food is absolutely incredible and packed with flavour, and I?m slowly making my way through the menu because I want to try everything. My personal favourites are the ribs and the creamy burrata starter. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always so friendly and attentive. If you?re in Truro, this is a must-visit!

This place was really lovely and we had a lovely meal here. The staff were amazing and really welcoming. They even gave us a dessert on the house, for our anniversary which really made our night. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Fish Pie and was very disappointed - I was expecting a pot pie topped with crisp pastry only to find it had a mashed potato topping. That?s fine I thought, only to find that the mash made up 90% of the pie, with only 3 prawns and a tablespoon of fish. It should be listed as a Potato Pie!
I point this out mainly in the hope the chef will take something from my review, as it marred a potentially good dining experience.

Had one of the most disappointing meals ever here. A fish pie that was basically a bowl full of mashed potato with a couple of small prawns and a cube of fish which I had to work hard to find.
Such a shame as the ambience and staff was very good. Won?t be back!

Booked this restaurant because the website showed a vegetarian/ vegan menu, they do not offer this anymore. This left half my group scrambling for options. They should not mislead people like this.
I ended up with a handful of entree?s. Not what you expect for the price of this restaurant. Very disappointed.
Vegetarian options: One dish.

We booked a table to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were served by Jake whose service was exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us. His product knowledge was brilliant. The rest of the team were also brilliant but as it was quiet we didn?t have as much interaction with them. We would highly recommend the Thomas Daniel.
