Customer services staff need educating and their ears testing on what is the law for returning faulty goods. Not listening when i said the item was faulty and trying to pass it off under a 2 weeks return policy. Unless i stood therr and argued to see a manager she wouldnt have given a refund. Disgusting attitude from the woman at the till.

My wife is awaiting serious back surgery and enjoyed the trip to the store and the cafe even though she is in great pain and moves quite slowly. Unfortunately she was so slow we were issued a £100.00 ticket for parking in The Range car park too long after taking the time to spend over £250.00. What an absolute scam.

Tried to use the toilet and one of the staff members huffed at us,the toilets were dirty and on the way to pay a different staff member walked into my partner she seemed to be in a rush just to stand around and chat with her colleague.

A great shop, no problem there. However not what I expected. Entered with my rifle expecting an afternoon of target practice and was greeted with screaming customers. Perhaps "the sells a bit of everything shop" would be a better title. Cheap spray paint though

The range has so much to offer. Iceland is also part of the store. You can get some great deals and offers on Iceland food.Great choice of homeware goods and craft/ art supplies. All very reasonably priced. Great choice of decorating equipment and supplies.Fabulous gardening centre, too. It is a great one-stop shop. They is a furniture department upstairs too.There are customer toilets upstairs too.There is a lovely cafe on the top floor too, with a good choice of food.
