The store was lovely, if you can park at this time of the year as many had parked in Tesco car park and gone into Truro. The store was quiet when we went in and easy to navigate around. Clean and tidy with good signage and plenty of manned tills open

my food shop turned up today and as every week the driver leaves it in the hallway ,today i have a phone call from the driver which i answered but no one on the other end ,so i rang back ,no answer.i then proceeded to watch my shop dissapear up the road !!! eventually the driver answered the phone and denied i had called him back ,i said why didnt you simply knock or shout up the stairs ,he said well i stuck my head around the door and there was no one there ,THATS BECAUSE ITS A DOWNSTAIRS HALLWAY !! his attitude stank and tesco said i could not get my order today so now im stuck indoors with a bad back and no food .the shop is 1/4 mile away but they couldnt send the driver back ,awfull service i spend £10,000 a year with this awful company ,who have no email adress ,totally sick of them.

Absolutely disgusting! Went into Tesco today to get a meal deal, I was greeted by an EMPLOYEE standing on a ladder obviously stocking up the sandwiches POPPING A SPOT IN THE REFLECTION OF THE TOP SHELF! I am horrified, absolutely disgusted put me off meal deals, so gross, she had no shame whatsoever and looked around at me who was watching in disbelief with a disgusted face as if I was the problem. Can?t believe it! Especially near the food like ew! Who made her think this was okay?! Was completely out in the open wasn?t even trying to be discreet, so gross and then she went on the carry on touching the food packaging! EWWWWWW

I love shopping at tesco.Their vast variety of diverse groceries among other stuff is amazing nonetheless I must call out this profiling that recently caught me unaware.I happened to visit the store twice in a span of 2 hours which I did not think was unusual.People do forget to buy something they need.On going in a second time,I was at the tea section looking for my amazing decaf tea from a certain company;sadly it was out of stock and a tiny barely visible sticker said so.
While I read it ,an old guy with a walkie talkie pretended to ask me if I ''needed help'' because apparently I had stood on that shelf for too long.Believe me 5 minutes had barely elapsed while on the shelf.
Oblivious of this profiling,I explained what I was looking for;he pretentiously recommended his favourite tea then I walked away.
My concern is, are people not allowed to shop at thier pace in this store and ask for help if need be?Why should someone tell you that you have stood at a shelf for too long?Its crystal clear,yes for the black people,they shouldnt take time to shop.This profiling should end!!!
Again , the staff do not know what a wrap is.
