“I have lived in 4 different villages and can honestly say this has the largest selection of items of any village shop I have ever been in. From everyday essentials like milk, butter and eggs to hot food, massive cake selection and ice-cream machine. Ready-made meals, alcohol and sandwiches this place has the lot. “A large Sainsbury's in the best City in Cornwall - Truro. It also has a separate petrol station. It's a shame that the nice Cafe on site was closed down by the company.”

“Its home bargains. Staff were superb. Bought a squishy dinosaur for £1.50 called it boil as its insides are red and they squish out when you squeeze it.Also sells loads of other stuff some you need like boil and others you may not bit they sell it all thats for sure.”

“Although, not known as a high end store, I find the quality of their products and the prices to be good.Probably the largest food store on Truro High St.Very good range of snacking foods if you are in a rush, pre-prepared fresh fruit and vegetables, sarnies, pies, bread, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, sweets.Cooked and uncooked meatsSome vegan, gluten free, low sugar, low fat, celiac, beer/wine/spirits & tobacco.And a lot more.However, parking in Truro is all carparks, but the carparks, are situated only a few minutes walk away from the high st.”

“Great little shop with some high-quality ranges, like Lindt chocolate bars, good coffee, local produce, plus all the staples. And a post office. What more could you want?!”

“Not a huge selection but they appear to be in the middle of a refurbishment. Also, based on the college campus during summer holidays, there isn't as much custom so might be carrying less options.”

“The staff in the shop are absolutely amazingJason the boss Tony and Nigel are brilliant friendly mechanics that are more than willing to bend over backwards to help get your car repaired ASAP Its just very unfortunate that Lee the other mechanic let's the reputation of the staff here down by being very rude and arrogant towards customers that have been using this garage for at least 45years”

“Cheaper than driving to the next closest shop.As of the 1st Nov 2021, some shelves remain fully stocked whilst, increasingly, others are remaining empty or becoming emptied. It feels worrying when I see this, however I am confident that I won't starve, yet,,. There's tons of alternatives & plenty of fresh stuff.7am-10pm 365 (?) days a year .”

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the lady in the lingerie department in Truro, lovely lady short dark hair, wearing spectacles and a measuring tape as a necklace!
I’m in my 40’s and I have never been measured for my bra size, today I went with the intent of purchasing bras at the size I thought I always was, after 4 sets of trying on, I asked whether there was any fitting/measuring appointments, the assistant gave me a slot within 30mins, I was anxious to being measured.
The lady that measured was polite, reassuring and discreet.
After measuring the lady went and came back with bras to try, the first bra which she helped fit was THE most comfortable bra I have ever had the pleasure to wear, looking in the mirror I felt and looked amazing, the lady informed me my size and I was blow away that I had been wearing completely the wrong size for so very long, I was actually tearing up as I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt.
I want to thank that lady with the measuring tape necklace, you have changed my confidence.”

“The store was lovely, if you can park at this time of the year as many had parked in Tesco car park and gone into Truro. The store was quiet when we went in and easy to navigate around. Clean and tidy with good signage and plenty of manned tills open”
