Really nice experience! One of the girls pointed me towards some lip pencils as I was struggling to find some and another girl helped me pick out a lipstick colour that suits me as I told her I was struggling! ??

There system messed up one of my prescriptions on vital medication, which as a result has made me unwell. I've now been advised by my doctors surgery that the prescription was sent to them yesterday, however they are not answering the phone to confirm this. VERY POOR SERVICE

Shows as open till 6pm on a Saturday, but the chemist actually closes earlier than this. Be mindful as I just wasted an hour of my life getting here for a prescription.

Almost everytime I?ve been here I?ve been served by a lady named Carol, each time she is fantastic really friendly and nice. She even asked if I was a student and helped me to sign up for the points card to get 10% off. Really lovely lady x

Unbelievably immature, rude and bitchy staff. Overheard them discussing the appearance of a customer in a cruel way. The customer also had a disability, which they were making fun of. Really unkind and nasty. Seemed taken aback when I called them out - despite talking loudly enough for most of the shop to hear!
I would recommend going to Boots instead - the staff in there are absolutely lovely.

I always pick up my order in this store,but from today I will never order from this store anymore ,when I say I come to collect my order ,she ask me show ID,I show my uk driving license ,and she ask my what is my name ?and ask me spell out my name ?you should improve your customer service to stand behind the counter .i never ask for ID when I collect my order,if you need me show ID ,pls be manner.thank you

Were on holiday and my wife visited the store for make-up, we were welcomed by James who was very knowledgeable/ friendly, it was a pleasure to be helped by someone so lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to return

Bit nasty women staff, loudly mocking & gossiping about another woman customers! Mean Words can truly hurt someone who might be in a vulnerable state! Those mean women should not be in Medical type Customer service!
