Such a shame that the staff members were not aware of the absolutely terrible service this morning while getting two takeaway drinks. Two members of staff so engrossed in their own conversation they actually stopped doing anything towards making our drinks for a good few mins. The drinks took much longer than should have meanwhile both members of staff had managed to make themselves a very fancy iced coffee each AND start drinking them in front of a queue of customers. When our drinks were finally ready an insincere apology and blamed the machine on not producing a shot of coffee well.
Someone should tell them there is no wall between us, the customer, and them. We can hear you and see you. Actual gonna stop bothering with Starbucks Truro now. Terrible. That is all.

I think this Starbucks is let down by the fact that the newer stores have a better look and feel. This felt a little tired.

Dietary restrictions: The gentleman (dark hair and beard) working the coffee machine was very aware and considerate of my dairy intolerance. Asking plenty of questions to insure everything was okay and was he was very lovely. The whole team were very energetic and intutive providing a wonderful eat in experience! The best starbucks I have visited!

This is a review of 2 halves. The staff and service is always lovely and friendly and helpful but the store like many Starbucks are grubby and their loos are normally really grim. How about employing just someone who 'house keeps' - they'd take pride in it im sure. Its not just this store its every Starbucks.
