I met a colleague at Starbucks car park (15 mins) then drove to a meeting. I returned 70 mins later when I had a coffee then received a £100 fine from Parking eye. Apparently you can park there for 3 hours no problem but if you park for a few minutes split over 2 visits within a3 hour period you get the fine!

Grabbed a coffee on my way into Truro and stopped again for another on my way back past. Received a £100 parking fine for returning to the car park within 3 hours

My dad and I visited Starbucks on the way to the hospital to support my disabled brother having life threatening surgery. We arrived before it opened, had a coffee, and left within 35 mins. We have just received a £100 fine!!! Utterly disgusting!!! We saw no signs warning of fines.
