One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff were dismissive to the point of being rude (service counter were good, but overwhelmed). There is clearly a cultural issue in this business; staff clearly didn't want to be there. Some section were clearly understaffed, but the quite sections staff, whilst were capable of doing so, were not interested in helping the busy sections. I'd only recommend this business if you want to waste your time. ?
Stores like this do not belong in a town like Truro, it gives the town & County a bad name. If you want good service & attitude, stick with the local independents. I've travelled all around the world & see the cost of selling out to large corps. How much money stays in the town? For the record, I'm not a local, I'm visiting from o/s

My wife and I visited today, 8 April, just as they opened. I was looking for some shoes. The guy that helped me was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were then served by an equally friendly female cashier. Well done for making a chore so troublesome and boring, pleasant.

Only wanted to try on some shoes the guy with the walkie-talkie black hair in his forties had a right attitude. He didn?t even turn to look me in the eye! He said there?s two of them over there. Go find them. I?ll get them to find you but he did not .No Shoes for me I will find of somewhere else to buy

Another shocking experience. Customer service from the guy by the doors is shocking and I think he?s the store manager. My second experience of this man. He is rude, unhelpful, cannot be bothered to help. Rolled his eyes when I asked for help to locate something. He was engaged with another colleague who was slating the company. Shocking experience again.

Seriously fantastic experience. I was served by a wonderful lady called tash. She was very efficient on the till and her friendly manner created a fantastic shopping atmosphere. This whole experience made the clothes look better so for that reason I will return.

Tried really hard to find a member of staff so I could try on some trainers. Waited for half an hour before giving up and trying other shops. I really thought they wanted to sell things but obvs not. I must be thinking of somewhere else. I did have a laugh with another guy who was waiting with his 2 kids about this but that was the only thing that was good about this visit.
If Mike Ashley still owns this shop then he should be outing in the fire place.
Really annoyed me. I wanted trainers but can out with nothing.

Staff person near the entrance ignored enquiries by customers, including myself, as though we weren't there. Very rude and unprofessional, lacking the basics of customer service.

Awful. Impossible to get hold of. When i went into the store to query this and explain how much of a nightmare its been to get a solution to my problem resolved, i was met with a miserable and blunt ?oh sorry?. The staff couldn?t care less. Appalling customer service. Will not be purchasing again.

they dont answer the phone.. ordered somthing online got no order number, tracking information and cant get hold of anyone instore or through the online help/contact form. the service is shocking and needs to be sorted out or another chain on the highstreet will be closed. i have had to go through paypal for a refund. will never shop or order from sports direct again

Good store has lots of good clothes, however only 2 stars as they need to update their changing facilities. Didn't expect them to be so open and have a large gap in them, makes ot hard to change privately and almost had some people looking through. Not a very good experience, should be updated for safety.

This shop does not allow dogs, it's a pity it doesn't advertise this at the entrance. I took my well behaved dog in to get a ball, only to be told that I would not be served as dogs aren't allowed.There was no offer to help me purchase the ball at the entrance or any other help from the lads standing at the desk. Needless to say they will not get any business from myself
