I had excellent service for both. my hearing tests and eye tests. Explained fully on the best hearing aids that would suit me and the discount that could be offered. The same with my glasses nothing was too much trouble and advised which style would suit me best

This was the fourth time in several years that I?ve gone to Specsavers in Truro and received 5 star treatment. I didn?t make an apt but got what I needed within 5 minutes. The staff clearly love their jobs and went over and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. It seems like a great place to work and that shines through the customer service ??

Booked a test online, rocked up at my time and went straight up for my eye test. Place was very clean and the gadgets were explained to me very clearly. After the test the ladies on the sales floor were honest about how my frames looked, but also made me feel valued. I didn't bye frames in the end but the service was top class
