We visit the store regularly and it always has a good selection of items and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The owner is lovely and it is always nice having a catch up with her or the other staff that we see there regularly.

Small local shop with a decent range and a post office.
All I'd say is avoid the chicken, bacon, and leak pasty. They're almost completely empty.

Great selection of items on well stocked shelves + a Post Office counter.. Clean, safe, limited number of customers inside, but swift, efficient service from friendly, helpful staff (much nicer than the sulky crew in Carnon Downs Spar).
