Bad customer service.
Rude comments made to me after they lost my parcel. Not the first time one of my parcels had been lost in this store, I end up leaving the shop feeling very embarrassed with the way the member of staff has spoken to me in front of other costumers.

The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful, well stocked shop, brilliantly decorated for different times of the year, a pleasure to shop there.

Use the shop a lot for picking up parcels and purchasing items. Usually the staff are lovely and friendly but today was a different experience altogether. Some staff training required with the younger members. No smile, no good morning, no please, no thank you! Just down right rude!

This store is great for picking up essentials with easy parking but do not attempt to send Yodel parcels from here - it never works - we try everytime and its an issue - 'we have the wrong paper in our printer - the sellotape is making it not work - it doesnt recognise the label' then we go straight to another store and scan them straight in - its got funny now it happens so often !!

Booked myself in for an indulgent relaxing facial and a pedicure to celebrate my good fortune in winning $4 billion in the Ohio State Lottery. I think my beauty therapist must have been on lunch, still, I got some milk and some Mr Kipling French Fancies.

Every other member of staff have been absolutely lovely each time I?ve come in, but one individual with red short hair is so rude, no people skills and miserable! If you have no people skills you should not be working in a shop.
