Came here to refuel at night at 0500 as we frequently do, a lady with the name tag Chris was on the tills. She was very rude and unhelpful. Treated us very poorly. There was a phone alarm ringing through the speaker at the night checkout making it difficult to hear her and also being rather strange. When I asked about it, she got angry and shouted that "your lot are all obsessed with your phones, it's all you go on about", I tried to clarify that the alarm was coming from her speaker and she said " yeah... So what!". Disgusting behavior.

Car wash broken again, despite there being signage everywhere advertising it. Take the signs down if you can?t maintain your products well enough that they are operating.

Not the easiest place to get in and out of, especially during busy times.The car wash is utterly useless and often out of action. However, whenever I visit them early morning, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

After twice coming to the garage and finding the car wash shut, a rude man serving at the till point told me I had queue jumped by parking in the queue before getting my ticket. He proceeded to tell me I would have to reverse out and let another customer in first. I was happy to do that, but found the till guy patronising and rude. Then had to queue for around 45 mins to use the car wash. The £10 platinum wash was not great and there is still quite a lot of bird poop on the car (hazard of living here!). Unfortunately there are few other options in Truro.

Never seen a rude customer service its been a month i have been watching this lady , i will call and ask for the car wash if its open but she always tells me its closed and when i pass with in 10 mins its always open and i would even stand outside and call her she would answer fhe same that its broken and not working but actually its working and people are using automatic car wash ,I dont think so shell needs competetors if this type of staff they hire ,, they are enough to give this loss to themHighly shamefull ,

Rated purely on the car wash farce that has been going on for years, now has a brand new facility but it's still a lottery as to whether it's working/ open or not.Even when it's working the staff seem to just close it as and when. Never known a set-up like it!

Classic Shell petrol station, a little small as a park, but it is a little difficult to enter the petrol station due to road works, the pavement and the road are intertwined, it damages the car a little, I hope they will finish it as soon as possible, the service and toilet were clean, it is a region without much alternative so I cannot make different recommendations, but if you have a shell go card, you should stop by.

How rude is the women behind the counter, she seems me in the que of the window serves the customer in front of me and then wonders off to the back not giving a dam. Its the old women at night shifts you usually have, always has an attitude always misreable. Nothing like the old gentle man that was in nights before her.Bad service

Rudely turned away from entering the shop at 22.45, even though the shop should not have its doors locked until 23.00. Had to drive to shell, cornwall services to get the items we needed. Very unprofessional

Haven?t been in this garage in months after being spoken to super rudely for politely asking the (presumably) 50+ year old blonde lady who works there if I could grab a drink from the fridge while she was stocking it. Had my hand shunned away when I tried to reach in the fridge after being huffed at the first time.Only writing this now as my partner went in there today and had the exact same encounter with this woman, only for me to go to leave a review and find that others have also been treated like this and there?s still yet to be any repercussions.

Reading most of the reviews, I don't see why shell hasn't done anything about it. The tall thin blonde lady with a horrible rude face needs to go!!

I have never been spoken to so rudely. A staff member had a stock trolley and was restocking the drinks, she was stood in front of the drink I wanted. I politely asked her to pass me the drink, she ignored me, tutted and moved. I said that will be a no then. To which she shouted at me that she has had covid and didn't want to touch anything that a customer would touch....bear in mind she was stacking products that customer are going to touch. She then proceded in shouting at me across the shop telling me all about covid, which was completely irrelevant. Her rudness was compounded by the lady behind the till refusing to serve us and as we left she continued to insult me via the loud speaker so the whole forecourt heard. I have read through some of the reviews and it sounds like the same lady serving. The other lady went into the back room after she had shouted at me. This is not exceptable on so many levels qnd I would appreciate a reply as to why you would let extremely rude and insulting people work for you.

Great staff but I wish their screen wash had some screen wash in and wasn?t just water. Same with the playing place station. It?s really dangerous and can damage your car if it freezes.
