I have now been a customer for 12 years at this store buying all my Apple products from them, I wouldn?t go anywhere else. Excellent consistent friendly customer service from Andy and his team who go that extra mile to ensure satisfactory purchases. As a working artist and photographer my Apple technology is paramount and to have this store local to me is hugely reassuring.
My second review 4 years later after purchasing a new MacBook Air M4 yesterday.
Another very satisfied customer, the personal service here has always been great the team are very professional. Andy made my transition from old to new MacBook very reassuring and easy nothing is too much trouble. I would not go anywhere else for my Apple products. Thank you Andy, Ollie and Callum!

An outstanding shop . The customer service is exceptional .
I had major problems with my MAC book but they were solved seamlessly. I would particularly like to commend Ollie and especially Callum . Sympathetic and charming and incredibly proficient .

Did not stock the iPad I wanted and said a delivery to store would take ?around 2 weeks?. I can order from Apple and have it delivered tomorrow. Truly terrible customer service.

John and his colleagues at Select in Truro were super helpful and friendly. John helped me with my laptop screen and gave me really good advice. Everyone was friendly and efficient in working to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

Went into the Truro select shop after having troubles with my iPhone 16 with the battery, they ran tests in store to see what the problem was but couldn?t find anything so informed me that they would send it off to Apple to run more tests. For this they said they needed to reset my phone, and that It would take 3-4 working days.
After a week I thought I?d ring up and see how the process was, which they said they?re still doing tests but if I wanted I could come collect it which was strange to me, as how would I be able to collect it if it was at Apple still having tests done.
After two weeks I still didn?t receive anything, no phone calls or emails of how my phone was, whether they found anything etc. So I went into the shop in person to see how everything was going. They said they couldn?t find anything again , sent it off to Apple and Apple ran all of these tests, but the worker said I can collect the phone and went upstairs to get it. If my phone was back in store and available why didn?t I receive a call?
which was still odd to me. When I got the phone back , it wasn?t reset and was still the same as I left it .
I still had a strange feeling, and felt unhappy with how everything went so decided to ring Apple today, after having doubts whether this store sent off my phone to Apple. In this call Apple said they didn?t receive my phone and didn?t run any tests. So I have been lied to and have wasted my time for 2 weeks. If you have any problems with your devices I would go through with Apple , as this place only lies and wastes your time.

I visited the Select Apple store yesterday morning to upgrade my iPhone 13 to the new iPhone 16. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the two staff members behind the desk, even though the store was quiet, with only two other customers present.
The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with no background music playing despite the visible speakers. When I approached the desk, it felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation between the staff, who were discussing non-work-related topics and browsing on their own devices on Amazon.
For a purchase of over £800, I expected more warmth and attention. A little hospitality and basic human engagement would have made the experience far more pleasant. I understand it was a quiet Friday morning, but that doesn?t excuse the lack of customer interaction. It?s disappointing, especially when I know the Plymouth Apple Store offers a much more welcoming experience.

Went in with a problem with the audio on my Mac. Friendly staff member was able to fix it quickly - and didn't charge a penny. Would recommend!

First class service overall by Apple and this store. Had an appointment made through Apple Support to sort an issue with my granddaughter?s iPhone - took my MacBook with me and asked for advice on storage. Sadly the iPhone wasn?t fixable but left the store with my storage issues completely resolved. Super helpful!

Spoke with Callum about an issue with my ipod touch which appeared to have 'frozen'. He was very understanding and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue and helped me reset my ipod (circa 2014) .

Left my macbook for a battery replacement which was completed within the estimated time and the online service allowed me to track its progress which was reassuring. No data lost which was great and macbook back to working well. All staff friendly and professional. The payment portal could use some work - when it comes to filling in the bank details it expands and the 'pay now' button is obscured under the website banner which led to a frustrating but managed to just about do it on mobile.

I just bought a new iPad 9th gen today. Olly particularly, and all the staff, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Olly was patient, thorough and thoughtful, making sure I was able to make the absolute most of the new device, and whilst taking great care over the whole transfer process, explaining every step of the way.
