Very helpful allowed me to pick live animal I missed during delivery. Even when the enquiry office were closed. Staff were also very helpful and not rude.

The manager is a total inconsiderate person who shouldn?t be in this job, total job worthless. You?re the Royal Mail and to be told you can?t find our address , unable to get access YOUR STUPID beyond belief?. And returning to sender without talking to your delivery team who have been working for 40 years.

Same issue as most people, paid £5.00 to have a small package delivered quickly before I went away, wasn't able to stay home for my "delivered by 1pm" slot, went to rebook and was only able to rebook for 2 days time, Annnnnnddd the local office to collect closes at 2pm on weekdays ?.No parcel for me, the Royal Mail needs to provide a better service, unusable as they are.

Got a parcel there bin lied to 3 times then a girl called millie on post office phone was rude wouldn't let me make a complaint or have her last name which is illegal. Going in on Monday to speak my peice with my barrister. This place is not fit for purpose and whoever millie is your losing your job

Royal mail as usual at it's least helpful when you most need it.....I don't know why people still put up with the uselessness, I know it's not any one person at fault but failing to deliver on what is probably the most important time of the year is in my opinion inexcusable

I missed a parcel on Saturday, so I tried to book a redelivery, they were live crickets so it's important that I get them quick. The earliest redelivery date was Tuesday! I live less than a mile away, there is no reason that it couldn't have been put into the Monday delivery. I went onto the computer Monday morning at 9:55am to check the opening times of the depot, so I could pick the parcel up in person that day (having to do the RM's job for them) - THEY CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES?! 8am-10am opening times is unsuitable for most adults who work for a living. I thought "fine, I'm going to have to have it redelivered for Tuesday then", went to order this, and the soonest date for redelivery is now Wednesday! It does not take 48 hours for a small parcel to be put into a pile for redelivery! The service is atrocious and there just isn't an excuse, Royal Mail is failing to compete with other couriers because Royal Mail still act as if they are publicly owned, with no care for customer service at all. I now actively avoid RM for this reason, and can't think of company more deserving to fail.

The opening times on line need adjusting. They omit to say that the office is closed from 2 - 4pm, as I discovered upon turning up at 2.30!!! Other than that, for Royal mail, it's very efficient.

Just about does what it says on the tin.W H Smiths in Truro is a poor replacement for the Brilliant Main PO that used to be on Cathedral Square .
