Exceptional customer service yet again from Jacqui who?s friendly, positive, kind and knowledgeable. Today was my second encounter with the lovely Jacqui who once again demonstrated professionalism and efficiency in response to my returns enquiry/issue. My first encounter with Jacqui was over a year ago and she is just as lovely as she was then. Thank you so much Jacqui - I love your attitude.

Shop has moved from the Quay side to Pydar Street opposite the cathedral. Google maps was still showing old location so it took me a while to find the store. Although store didn't have what I wanted in the end, the staff were helpful.

Didn't see much reduced by 70% as their sale signs claim. Place has a jumbled feel about it. Upstairs was dark and gloomy. Warm and stuffy interior on a warm day

Hawkshead is now a Regatta store in the process of moving to a smaller store in the city centre. The sale prices were attractive but l was unable to find any walking boots that weren't too narrow at the toe. It's an ok store but not a patch on the original Penrose shop in the same building a few years back
