I've been using this pharmacy for nearly a year now. Tesco were abysmal and quite brash (I even got screamed at by one particular woman just for asking if my prescription, which was ordered a week prior, was ready. It wasn't.), Boots were slower than a snail and made me go without vital medicine and nutritional support a few times. There were even times they hadn't ordered these medicines until nearly a week after the doctor had requested them. Reeds, however, are fantastic. They always treat me with dignity and respect and always have all of my medications in stock (which, admittedly, is hard, as some of my medicines are rare prescriptions). When I was on the most nutritional support, one particularly nice technician was lovely enough to drop off all those boxes at my house, instead of making me carry it or pay for a taxi. Top service!

always stuff missing from prescriptions ,,literally like walking into a car boot sale,and always someone else's fault .always questioned when you want to buy otc meds ,your a chemist who puts tablets in a box ,not a doctor.

Had to visit my elderly aunt in Truro today, but also needed to be with her for an emergency visit from her GP to discuss her care. Her GP had sent a prescription for some antibiotics to Reeds and when I rang to see if it was ready yet I realised it wasn?t going to be delivered in time as we?d missed the window of delivery slots; a wonderful member of the pharmacy team noted my aunts address and offered to deliver it on her way home. Above and beyond in appalling weather conditions too.

Came here after being royally let down by tesco pharmacy. Fabulous service, incredibly helpful, lovely staff. This is where I'm coming in future. Keep small pharmacies open!

Needed 'flu and Covid jabs. Walked in, registered and' jabbed' within 5 minutes. Very pleasant and professional staff. What more could I ask?

Always good. Today they had problems with COVID jabs because of staffing issues but quickly got backup in place and resolved issues.

Wonderful helpful staff, so polite and friendly. My medication can be difficult to get hold of, but I've never had to wait longer for this pharmacy to order them in - which is a massive relief. Even when there's a longer wait inside the pharmacy itself, I know this team is reliable and will help.

Excellent service. Lovely staff. Incredibly efficient with genuine care and understanding. I?ve used every pharmacy in Truro and I?ve always had problems whether it was lack of ability to order in stock or inconsiderate and aggressive attitudes. Couldn?t recommend this reeds any higher.

I cannot explain how many times this pharmacy has saved me. My usual pharmacy never seems to have the stock in for my regular prescription. Having changed my medication, my normal pharmacy STILL couldn?t deliver. Dropped into Reeds who were amazingly helpful. Bit of a wait to be served but that?s how you know people are working hard. Once I spoke to the lovely lady, she?d sorted my prescription and dispensed it in under 5 minutes. This is the 4th time that they?ve managed to help me out. Happily changed them to my regular pharmacy now because I know I can always rely on them. Thank you for all your hard work!

I?m used to dealing with medication shortages within the nhs . Reed?s is not our nominated pharmacy, but cannot speak highly of the staff in there. My usual pharmacy let me down in supplying my epilepsy medication . I had ordered this medication well in advance of my holiday. My wife had tried all the other local pharmacies with no success. Other pharmacies were quoting 2-3 working days and it was 3.30pm on a Friday and I was due to go on holiday on the Monday morning. Fortunately, Reeds saved the day and potentially rescued our holiday as they specifically ordered and had my anti epileptic meds ready to collect by 11 am the next day. No that?s what I call amazing service. Thank you so much for rescuing the situation. ?????????? for the staff.

Used Reeds for a few years, and up until a few months ago were very helpful and professional. Now, most of the staff (not all) are surly, rude and almost purposely go slow when you do eventually manage to get served. Not good customer service. One young male assistant, is particularly rude and very slow with no manners and sadly I have to say, dirty in appearance. Where have the basic standards in decency and politeness gone? Most customers are at the very least polite, and patient, so please don?t judge us all as the same as the few who are rude. It is not good enough so I now go elsewhere. Which is a shame as I?d much rather support a local independent business.
