rushed from work to make it before they closed, only to be refused at the door despite it being 10 minutes before their closing time listed online. super frustrating as i just needed to grab one thing.

I think there should be an option for zero star review. I?m absolutely appalled by the stereotypical behaviour which I received today. I was with my two sister buying our yearly Christmas pyjamas as we went to the checkouts and payed for them, we were leaving and suddenly got stopped by a member of staff who wrongly accused us of stealing some cheap earrings as there was an empty package on the floor they had no right to accuse us as we literally just payed. The staff member accused us of suspicious behaviour then followed it up that we must have stolen the earrings. In fact we weren?t suspicious we suffer with serve anxiety and mental health issues, she totally humiliated us in a shop full of people and people looking and thinking we have stolen. This is vile behaviour do better primark. stop the stereotype for young children because not everyone is a thief!!!

Slowest till service I've ever experienced especially on a Sunday store opened at 10 tills open at 10 30 30 mins of customers shopping and still only 1 really slow person on the tills thank God for self service tills

Not a bad Primark by any means but lack of sizing and designs. Always never seem to have more than a couple sizes of each stock out. Staff are hard to find too
