Today me and my partner were shopping in pound land we got to the tills and went on self checkout. Anyways we needed to scan a bag but then the customer support thing came up. So a woman with grey hair approached us after a minute or so standing around waiting. She proceeded to mumble something whilst she had her back turned to us and huff and then threw a pack of battery?s onto the bagging area. We told her kindly we weren?t buying battery?s and she yelled quite loudly ?Oh my god i already told you, listen better.? before walking away. safe to say we will never go back to that shop ever again after that experience, was really unnecessarily rude . i really hope that the woman is more considerate and kind to future customers as she had no respect for us in the slightest.

Today (31st Aug 2024), an older female worker with grey hair came up to me and my boyfriend at the self checkout while we were waiting for assistance. She said something quickly, while facing away from us. She picked up some batteries from the side and when i told her we were not buying the batteries she said in a loud tone ?oh my god I already told you, listen better!? I am an 18 year old with auditory processing dissorder so this came across as very rude and inconsiderate. I believe she needs to be more educated on why someone may not have heard her or have a sanction against her for this behaviour.

A couple of months ago, I entered the shop and was rudely approached by one of the workers telling me I was banned. I was confused and they were being very rude and asked me to leave. Later (outside), they asked me for my name and I told them it. They said I was the wrong guy but let me in with no apology or anything. Lady with no chin and black hair is evil. Do not shop here.
