Very bad service, scaming with people ,overcharging and not issuing refund.

Did a redirection of an item 2 weeks ago and neither the item arrived neither picked up and when went to ask for refund the manager said we just take the money and we never give refund ,, wha mt a shame less manager we have in truro post office branch ,, she is really the worst and filthy person i hahe ever met i. My life
