A well-stocked store with the aquarium fish section arranged differently than in most Pets at Home locations. The tanks are spotless and well maintained, and the whole place feels very tidy and cared for.

I paid 176 pounds which included antibiotics for my dog . The vet gave her first dose and didn?t screw up the bottle causing it to leak all over my bag . When I went back to request a replacement they refused as they said I didn?t need that amount . The point being we had paid for that amount . So I wouldn?t say I?m that impressed . Secondly it seemed incredibly over priced and will not be returning

Made a special trip to purchase cat food in gravy,as thats all our cats eat. No gravey food in bulk. Only in small quantities. And much dearer than our supermarkets. Wont bother going here again.

Grumpy judgemental sales assistant today (they are normally so good). Asked for my loyalty card, said I didn't want to do it, she said it helps the charity, I said I still didn't want to do it (too much spam) and then she couldn't be bothered with any pleasantries.
Look, I know you work there cos you live animals, so do I, but that doesn't mean I have to ensure spam emails, and if I chose to not use it that is my choice. No reason to then be grumpy.
