Such a wonderful and helpful store? had a bit of an issue (no fault of Pandora) but Abby listened to my problem and helped me exchange an unwanted item for something much more suitable. Never known such lovely and heartfelt customer service and definitely will visit again.

I've been in there twice now and, on both occasions, if I was a secret shopper, they would've failed quite badly. Didn't even acknowledge my presence on either occasion. Looked at me as if I was somewhat further down the socio-economic ladder than themselves. Left after 20 minutes without what I went in for. I just hope they don't work on commission
