He didn't pressure us into buying anything. He offered us cheaper products that he believed would do the same job. He explained what each product does, the finish it gives and the price. He recommended how to do things and gave us quotes on a piece of paper. He also offered the staff toilets to me when he heard me tell my partner I needed the toilet. He must have spent about 30minutes with us all in all, making sure we had everything we needed. He explained he's now on holiday for 2 weeks, but if we have any issues or questions, to give the store a call and then be more than happy to help.
