I went into the Truro store as I had no signal on my phone and couldn't make any calls, I was helped by a lovely young lady who fixed my issue with ease. At the same time she managed to lower my bill and give me more internet.

Terrible customer service. Was told that it would have been quicker to have purchased the phone from home and that there was nothing they could do to try and match what My o2 was offering as they are a franchise. They made no attempt to keep us as a customer. Never been into a shop and turned away! I wonder how they make any money?
