Would rate lower if I could. Very poor customer service. went in to try and sort a problem with my phone, manager refused to help even though I purchased phone with o2. Just laughed avoid this place strong ego weak personality. I would imagine with this level of customer service the shop will be shut this year.

Very odd experience with Josh at this store last week.I came in as I was having problems getting a PAYG sim card to work in a wireless dongle. He ignored me for a little bit, and then was very rude and dismissive, telling me that PAYG sims aren't designed to work in dongles and they "don't allow data sharing." Then he told me to take it back to the store where I bought it.
I pointed out that it didn't say anything on the packaging about not being able to use the sim in a dongle, and that I was counting on using it for internet during my upcoming holiday. Then he changed his tune and became helpful and friendly, selling me a new sim card and testing it would work.
Which was nice, and the sim card proved to be fine for the holiday. But it basically meant he lied to me when I first entered the store, which was unprofessional and demeaning. I think maybe he was trying to impress his colleagues, or maybe he wasn't interested because I wasn't taking out a contract? Or maybe he just took an instant dislike to me? I'll never know the truth, but O2 should know that I'll be sticking to EE in future.

I thoroughly recommend O2 Truro to anyone purchasing or upgrading a phone. Gail and the team are a super bunch of professional, helpful and knowledgeable guys.I've recently been assisted by Harri, when upgrading my phone. He showed great patience and went above and beyond to ensure all of my existing data was transferred . Thanks Guys

I went into the Truro store as I had no signal on my phone and couldn't make any calls, I was helped by a lovely young lady who fixed my issue with ease. At the same time she managed to lower my bill and give me more internet.
