We called in to Newell's on the off-chance for a one-destination holiday. We were made very welcome. Chris Jago was thoroughly professional and a fount of information concerning travel by air, road, rail, sea and river! His inside knowledge of accommodation in various European destinations was epic. Add to that a charming and affable manner made for a very easy and affordable two-holiday booking. Many thanks for saving us time and money!

Sharn in this branch is a treasure. She has sorted out a wonderful trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas and Mexico. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She has sourced some wonderful excursions for us whilst we are there. Would recommend this young lady to anyone looking to book a holiday.

Called in on Saturday 06th January 2024 and was seen by Alex Marlow. She could answer questions instantly that sadly the Bodmin Office was not able to answer for me. She was amazing and we left with lots of information and more was emailed to us later that day as she was unable to get through on the phone whilst we were with her. She was absolutely brilliant.
