Simple transaction which usually takes 2 minutes at the counter, had to wait 45 minutes to carry the procedure out in an interview room.

I was appalled at the service today at your TRURO branch. I arrived to put the change in our banking into the machine, my wife queued for 25 minutes to pay the notes into our account. Several members of staff were busy going in and out of offices but there was only one cashier dealing with a queue that was increasing up to 10 persons some left the queue as they were on their lunch break. This is a dreadful way for a major bank to treat it's customers. One of your team who was looking after 'front of house' was asked on 3 occasions to find someone to help reduce the queue to no avail. Worst bank I have ever been with. No help at all when I had a massive situation happen recently, which was out of my hands. I tried to get it sorted and explain what happened, they refused to help me sort it all out. Just said I should go to a different bank. They shut my account and took a weeks worth of wages I had... No words. I am furious.

To Many machines not enough staff. The staff are great but the lack of staff means the bank has lost its way.
