Great experience using these guys for the first time! Had a spring snap on my partners car, managed to get booked in at short notice the next day. Got the job done in good time and even had time to stick my other car on the ramp after hearing a weird knocking on the way to collect the car which they managed to diagnose there and then, I pestered them with a few questions and managed to fix the issue myself today. Many thanks for the pointers lads, much appreciated!

On holiday when back brakes started grinding and needed urgent attention. Booked a brake test knowing what they would find and went there cap in hand to see if the brakes could be done the same day. Joshua, the centre manager, was brilliant. Dropped the car in at 11, by 12 had a call with the diagnosis, was told parts would be with them for 1.30, and got a call at 2.30 to say all done. Cannot praise these guys highly enough. They rescued our holiday. Thank you.

I took my Mercedes E Class Estate in for a puncture repair. I was helped immediately and advised of the fault and what needed doing (wheel replacement) they sorted a temporary fix to keep me moving. Super helpful team. Highly recommended. Updated - took my other vehicle in for new tyres. Fitted within 90 minutes, which enabled a quick stroll into Truro. Excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend.

Our car was dying on the way back from St Austell today. We turned up right as they were closing. The mechanic superstar that works here saved us, within minutes knew what was wrong and got us started again. I cannot say enough nice things about this place! Amazing, knowledgable staff!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Lazy People I had a death battery in just 1 mile away and they couldn't come have a look!! The garage was empty and two employees doing nothing!!

The guys there are great helped out when a locking wheel nut was damaged. Got it removed and popped back in and got the tyre sorted. Note to halfords-they need locking wheel nut remover kit. And c-blades Saves time for customers.

Booked and paid for an MOT on line 2 weeks ago. I take the day off, drive all the way into Truro , wait for them to open and then be told when I hand my keys in ? oh yes, I was going to ring you as we don?t do MOTs here. ???.. just ridiculous.

Had to have a new tyre fitted ( went down nasty pot hole)Neil ( RAC) very helpful and took me into National Tyres, Truro who were extremely helpful and soon had me back on the road.Thank you everyone very much.
