Pretty terrible customer service. Bought a hoodie, they left the security tag on. On return the staff did nothing special, I asked for compensation as I had to travel a long distance back. The lady who works for Animal said she would do 50% off any animal item, but when I got to the tills she said she would only do it off of one cheap top. Such a huge let down, as a company I have shopped a lot with previously. Certainly will not return.

It was great to see this space being used by a brand that promotes quality service and great products.
The clothes are really good quality and value for money in all honesty.
The staff are very polite, helpful and show great knowledge of the products. The location is really ideal for easy accessibility.

My wife purchased an expensive coat. On arrival home we discovered the staff member had jammed the zip rendering it useless, when bagging the coat. Returned to the store and exchanged. Arrived home again and found the security tag still affixed. Phoned to complain and received apology. When I asked for voucher compensation for costs, driving, parking and inconvenience etc.i was told they don?t do that. Richard, the manager, then arrogantly told me the great service he was giving me by answering the phone, just after the store had closed ?
Richard eventually mentioned that if we use the store again, we should seek him out and he may give us a discount.
This matter is ongoing and the tag is still attached.
Update The tag has now been removed by a seemingly, disinterested, yawning, sales person and the assistant manager further apologised and reiterated the discount offer.
Had the manager not patronised me with the fact that he was giving me such great service by answering the phone a few minutes after closing, I would not be writing the caution to others

I had a wonderful experience in the Truro store a few weeks ago - I was visiting the area and looking for walking boots and a waterproof coat. I was helped by Honour, who gave me practical advice and had no trouble recalling in-depth information regarding each specific product i asked about.Honour was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions, as a result of which i found the perfect products for my needs and I am extremely happy with my purchases.I have ADHD and find shopping challenging - especially as the store was quite busy; without Honour's help i wouldn't have been able to make such well informed choices and feel confident in my purchases. Thank you Honour for being so patient with me, whilst also running the floor and helping many more customers with their queries :)
