I?m giving one star because I can?t give zero. Walked in yesterday afternoon for potentially looking for my wedding outfit. After 10 minutes that I was in the shop (only customer in there) the only lady ?working? didn?t even bother to ask if we need any help (didn?t even say hello), I had to go to the till and ask her some questions about sizes and cuts of jackets because she was to busy chatting at her phone, the only answer I got was to look at the labels on the jackets.
After the lack of assistance I tried to go upstairs where maybe I could have found someone to help me with things I needed, but nothing. After waiting another 5/10 minutes upstairs I ended up leaving and went to Trevails where I had brilliant assistance and ended up buying a full suit and other bits.

We got a suit for a wedding and all of the accessories needed, all in the one visit. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this fitting appointment easier

Absolutely rubbish. Took a day off work for 1st fitting. Was told short staffed and couldn't fit us in. No call telling us just let us turn up.. then pay 569 quid for trousers and waist coat . Pick up day get home and given the wrong suit, paid for light grey and go home with a black one..total rubbish service

Appalling service, booked an appointment in advance. Was sent upstairs to be sent backdoor. Member of staff never smiled once, 2alked around with her hands in her pockets. No advice, husband had to pick the suits and sizes himself . In the end we walked out. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Wedding Suits x5 ordered from Moss (online in the end)
Lacking customer service skills in this store. 1 person was reluctantly helping us, but openly said they didn't want to be there. I would recommend getting on with the job yourself, order online to store in the sizes you think you are then try them on in store. They just didn't want to help and didn't want to be there.
Don't go to this particular store if you are looking for advice and guidance.

My partner was told by the advisors to wait until April to order their custom suit for our wedding when we went in in January. He did so as instructed and got his measurements taken early April as instructed. He has his heart set on a particular suit colour and this being custom made to fit. We have since the fitting been rung and told they cannot guarantee the suit for the wedding date as my partner wanted after being told to come back later. Incredibly disappointing and poor customer service in this respect. It now leaves a very short time for finding any replacement.
I hope the store would consider to make amends as this is entirely their fault but we are yet to see any real apology or compensation for their error and have already paid £300 towards a suit we will apparently not see.

Classy and affordable place to get men?s suits, tuxedos, ties and accessories.The staff are always sharply dressed, nice and willing to help. I enjoyed how they addressed my concerns.It?s also very neat and centrally located in the city centre of Truro.

I was fitted for a suit to wear at my daughters wedding. I was fortunate to have Paris as my fitter in the Truro store. This young man was professional and knowledgeable. He spent a long time with me and covered every aspect of my wedding suit design?right down to the buttons and the stitching. He gave honest advice and opinions. The suit was ready about a week sooner than I?d expected. Needless to say it fitted perfectly and looks incredible. Huge thanks to Paris. I can?t wait to wear my Taylor Me suit to my daughters wedding. It was certainly worth paying the extra ££

Came in today for a fitting and purchase a suit for friend's wedding. Quick, friendly, no nonsense service from Richard (name on my receipt).Fitting was quick and easy, with an offer of try on a shirt if I wanted.Jacket wasn't in stock on the day, but easily arranged for it to be collect from store at a later time.10% online discount was honoured in store too.

Came here to get my sons first suit for his Prom and impressed with the service didnt have everything in stock but this came through quicker than anticipated. Quality of the suit is very good and my sons looks great it in meaning he is very happyThank you all Moss Bros Truro

Charged for next day delivery which took 3 days to come,given wrong sized shirt they did refund delivery charge when we went in to change shirt but now we've found that we've been charged £19.99 twice for the same tie!!!!! 3 mistakes with one customer is unacceptable, now going to have to go into truro again for the 3rd time to sort this out at our expense!!

We hired suits for our wedding. Eddie was amazingly helpful and really knows his stuff. He managed to accommodate some last minute changes and predicted the size for a certain fit suit perfectly.
