I found The sales team to be absolutely excellent when purchasing the car. The four year service plan has also been top-notch to date. When the service is due, the car is collected from Home and returned to me at the end of the day with all the work done. The same can be true for the MOT and all for around about £45 per month which is locked in for the duration of the four year term. I?ve certainly been pleased with the service department, but have a minor quibble after my latest interaction: I had to call in because our alarm kept going off for no particular reason. This had been something of a problem under warranty previously under and a part was replaced. On this occasion, the Mobilo service was sent out to our Home and a mechanic came with the part required and installed it. he said it was a well-known problem and apart that was no longer used as it wasn?t really up to the job the new and improved part has not given any problem since he fitted it. He did say that we should be in touch with Mercedes Truro as they perhaps should buy some of the cost given the cars low mileage and being just out of warranty Has she felt they might bear some of the cost.
In the event the request was totally ignored. This was an expensive part for a fairly new car of low mileage. Experience has unsettled me a little from my 100% five star previous experience.

The two sales reps, Tamara and Esme were outstanding with the sale and purchase of our cars, making the whole process smooth running. I recently purchased a Mercedes from Torro Mercedes Benz, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch.
What truly set this dealership apart was the incredible approach to customer service. They made us feel completely at ease, with absolutely no pressure to buy. We were given ample time to browse and make our decision without feeling rushed or pushed, which is incredibly refreshing.
A massive shout-out goes to Fraser, who assisted us in person. He went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine willingness to help were outstanding. Fraser is the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable, even if you ultimately decide not to purchase ? that's how good he is! His hospitality was truly exceptional, and frankly, I think people like him should definitely be in management. I can't praise him enough!
I also had a few interactions with Chelsea over the phone, and she consistently provided great service as well.
Even as someone like myself who can be quite fussy when making a significant purchase, I was thoroughly impressed. This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience without being pushed. If you're looking for a new car and want unparalleled service, I highly recommend

My first time at this garage. Having poor customer service up north somewhat reserved to use Mercedes of Truro. How wrong can you be. Professional. Friendly.
Courtesy to the highest level. Nothing to much trouble. Hasten to add i was talking a 12 year old car in for warranty work, not purchasing a new car. I sincerely hope this this is read and the garage gets notified as they truly deserve it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Mercedes-Benz of Truro
I recently rejected a vehicle supplied by Mercedes-Benz of Truro, and my complaint was subsequently upheld by the Financial Ombudsman.
The vehicle was delivered in unacceptable condition, including scratches down to bare metal on the boot lid. Despite this, only a smart repair was offered?no official body shop repair was made available, which I found wholly inadequate.
The vehicle?s mechanical reliability was also a serious concern. It broke down on two separate occasions and suffered from ongoing transmission and immobiliser faults. There was also a persistent issue with the fuel gauge, which failed to display the correct fuel level.
Additionally, the car was supplied with a scratched windscreen. I requested either a repair or replacement, but this was refused.
Overall, the standard of the vehicle and the level of aftercare were far below what one should reasonably expect from a dealership representing the Mercedes-Benz brand. I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Truro based on this experience.
