I popped in to grab the kids an early tea on the way home from shopping. Unfortunately my order was initially wrong but a lovely member of staff name Kerris sorted it out for me. She made sure my order was completely redone so that it was all hot. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. Usually the staff can be almost robotic so it was a pleasant surprise to be treated with a smile and above all respect. Thank you!

Food is usually good, the service is generally acceptable, but rarely does it go above and beyond. Atmosphere is what you make it...... I hate having to park up to wait for my order to be brought out, the food tends to be colder than should be acceptable

Ordered on the Macdonalds app, again... they messed up the order, time and time again. Systematic failure, I'm not sure why they can't give it a quick check before setting it out for delivery.

Objectively the worst McDonald's out there. Bad on a continuous basis. Always messing up the orders. Embarrassing.

This McDonald's restaurant is representative of the chain. I recommend utilizing the online ordering system, particularly during peak lunchtime periods.

Slow food! (It's after 7pm on a Monday) 22 minutes we waited in the end and the chips were sat on a tray for 10 of those minutes while they waited for a burger to be cooked!? I watched them serve in-house customers all the half cold fries that had be sat on trays or left under their warmer (if you were lucky!) while fresh batches are made packed for delivery? All their timing are off and nothing seemed ready at the same time.
We all know MD's cardboard chips come as part of the experience! But Ive had a few really good orders from this location, so thought their standards were a little better.
The older lady out the front seems lovely though, but doesn't look to be doing much more than chatting and wiping tables when everyone else is rushing round. I guess McDonald's can afford the wages lol!

Very nice manageress today (the ones who wear the yellow tie things). Very accommodating and deserves credit for making a grey Saturday a bit better :)

Ordered at 6:15. Food picked up at 6:42. Food delivered stone cold at 20:17. No ability to chase order. McDonald?s blame UBER. McDonald chose their delivery partner. Order went back to McDonald?s with one driver, then they sent the same food out again. Same food. Imagine being happy to send out food at 8pm that has been bagged at 18:42. This is not the first instance of shoddy service and cold food. Never be eating there again. I recommend you don?t either.
