I knew there was a sale on but I felt that items of clothing were lying everywhere. The store seemed very untidy not the standard of other branches I have been too. The floor with the childrens wear was much tidier. The staff looked harassed and fed up.

I keep thinking M&S will be fine but always come out a bit disappointed. I went for couple of T-shirts this time. Not difficult, you'd think, but once again, not in my size - Large. Piles of T-shirts in different qualities but only 2 in size L across all styles and colours, except the cheap-n-cheerful ones.

Cafe was open when we got here but wish it wasn't.
We both had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, they were both cold. I do like my food hot so this was a real let down.
Cakes and drinks good, hot food poor.

To the lady serving at approx 9:40 this morning (08/07/2025), remember customers are allowed to come in and order drinks, at a cafe. I was stood waiting (no queue) for a couple of minutes, and when I decided to approach due to her not acknowledging me at all, she said ?are you alright?? as if I shouldn?t be there, which made me think should I even be there, is it open? I asked whether they were open and I was met with a cold ?yes?. I was confused as she wasn?t prompting me for my order, I said ?do I order here?? and again, another cold ?yes? as if I had interrupted her or should not be there all together. All of that, and I couldn?t even get my drink due to no ice! That?s obviously not her fault, but I would say being polite and friendly is key in a customer facing job, and she lacks both qualities. Please do better, very rude.

The café was disappointing. Everybody does syrups...except M&S it seems. My latte came in a small cup. Not good value for money.

Really professional service, friendly and helpful. Attentive to allergies. The food was good (soup, roll, coffee cakes). The Cafe was clean too.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the lady in the lingerie department in Truro, lovely lady short dark hair, wearing spectacles and a measuring tape as a necklace!
I?m in my 40?s and I have never been measured for my bra size, today I went with the intent of purchasing bras at the size I thought I always was, after 4 sets of trying on, I asked whether there was any fitting/measuring appointments, the assistant gave me a slot within 30mins, I was anxious to being measured.
The lady that measured was polite, reassuring and discreet.
After measuring the lady went and came back with bras to try, the first bra which she helped fit was THE most comfortable bra I have ever had the pleasure to wear, looking in the mirror I felt and looked amazing, the lady informed me my size and I was blow away that I had been wearing completely the wrong size for so very long, I was actually tearing up as I couldn?t believe how comfortable I felt.
I want to thank that lady with the measuring tape necklace, you have changed my confidence.
